The Medieval Festival brings together thousands of people in the small village of Monteriggioni, a must for reliving the past of the fortress that protected the city of Siena from enemy attack and to immerse yourself in the fascinating life of a medieval village.
During the party, Monteriggioni is populated by clowns, magicians, artisans at work, knights, soldiers and historical figures that recall battles, sieges and episodes of the past.
From cooking to crafts, from money to the lack of electricity, every detail is faithfully reconstructed in order to live a magical atmosphere of the castle walls of Monteriggioni.
