A 14th century building in stone and tuff, perfectly furnished in rustic Tuscan style, hosts the Da Remo Restaurant. Found in the main piazza in the centre of Monteriggioni, the Da Remo Restaurant has a splendid garden at the feet of the ancient wall of the medieval castle. 
In the cuisine of the Da Remo Restaurant we find the history and culture of the Fortress, the wealth of the vineyards, olive groves and the secrets of the recipes conserved in the cottages of old. The restaurant’s typical dishes, such as homemade pasta, truffles, game and coal-grilled Chianina meats exalt the flavours of Sienese tradition.
